Remote Control the Precision Cooker Through Free App
1. Login the App first time,please search and download”CTO sous vide”app in Apple Store ( iOS ) or Google Play ( Android ). Enter the registration page and finish the registration and login the APP.
2.Make your phone connect with your wifi.(NOTE:Currently,the device does not support 5GHz WiFi network.Please choose 2.4GHz WiFi network ).
3.Make the sous vide connect the same wifi with your phone: Plug in power → Press the gear setting button on control panel for about 5s till the WiFi indicator light up → Open the CTO SOUS VIDE app → Press the SOUS VIDE icon → Tap “ + ” in the upper right corner →Click “Next step” to enter the wifi interface and finish wifi connection.
NOTE: Next time use the cooker with the same wifi and smart phone will be easier,just plug in,press the gear icon to turn on the wifi function,the machine will detect and connect the wifi auto in about 30s.Enter the app,click refresh at the bottom of the interface,the sous vide you ever used will appear on the interface.

Clip the sous vide to the pot
1. Choose a 6-15L container or pot and firmly clip the thermal immersion circulator on the side of the container or pot. Add water to the pot.
Set the cooking time and temperature
2. Set the cooking time and temperature either manually on the sous vide wifi or through the CTO sous vide App.
Put the food in pot
3. Put the marinate food in a vacuum bag, release the air, and put it in the pot when the water temperature reaches the fixed temperature, and clip it to the side of the pot. Start cooking automatically.
Food is ready to eat
4. Food is ready to eat out of the bag. Base on personal taste, you can put ingredients in a microwave or barbecue machine to roast the food.
